About Dr. Layliev

Dr. Emanuel Layliev merges a strong commitment to gentle care with an extraordinary eye for aesthetic perfection. His knowledge and attention to detail result in the finest possible treatment for a wide array of dental problems.

He has had wide exposure to various fields in dentistry including crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, oral surgery, dental implant restorations and Invisalign (invisible braces). His experience from a general practice hospital residency has enabled him to treat emergency cases competently and has instilled the necessary attributes as a dental practitioner.

Dr. Layliev serves as an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and New York City Dental Society. He was appointed as President-elect of the New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics. He has presented studies to fellow peers at the Greater New York and Long Island Dental Meetings based on his experiences at the hospital, and has earned awards of distinction for excellence in crown and bridge and in management of oral cancer patients. Continuing education is a priority in his endeavors as a health professional. He attended New York University for both his undergraduate and dental training, followed by a full year residency at Peninsula Hospital.

On a personal note, he was raised in New York City, and is married to a dental hygienist. They are proud parents to two energetic boys.
