Candy for a Cause

Halloween has come and gone, but the candy your kids received may still be lingering around your home. Candy is damaging to teeth. It’s sugary content and sticky nature can wreak havoc on your teeth’s enamel.

One Wisconsin dentist, Dr. Chris Krammer, founded the Halloween Candy Buy Back program. His office pays $1 for every pound of candy they receive. Other dentist offices can sign up and participate in the program. And the best part of the program is the candy is sent to troops overseas as a part of Operation Gratitude.
